"I have used SquareTrade twice now for my granddaughters iPad and they are great. Each time they processed my claim quickly and sent me the label to print out. After sending it I received an email in less than two days letting me know that it arrived. They kept me up to date on the repairs and had it fixed in a couple days and shipped back to me. It is working great now. I would highly recommend SquareTrade to everyone. They are great with processing repairs and fixing them. Thank you SquareTrade! "

Her positive attitude and can-do spirit along with her courteous and helpful voice guided me through my claim. With her understanding and communication skills, she made my claim a non-stress event. "If anyone has any doubts about getting the Square Trade insurance package trust me it is worth it. I purchased a TV on 07, 2014, on 01/05/2015 the TV went out. Square Trade assured me that I was covered. Their communication and concern for my problem was unreal. They called when they said they would set up a technication, when the issue could not be fixed they issued me a check on the spot. I would use them again in a heart beat. "I purchased a TV that we put in our den and it just quit working. I had an extended warranty with Square Trade so I filed a claim online. I called the next day just to ask how the process would go from there. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. It turned out that they were unable to get parts for the TV I purchased so they refunded the entire purchase price to me within a few days of my claim being filed. "What happens when you drop your iPhone 6 eleven stories only to watch it bounce twice and then land in the hotel pool...you thank your lucky stars you have SquareTrade. I got on the phone and they had me go to an Apple Genius Bar, got a new phone, and they reimbursed me via PayPal the same day. I'm up and running and it was way cheaper than AppleCare. SquareTrade definitely rocks!"
