"I bought a Paper Shredder 3 years ago & a Square Trade extended warranty. When the shredder wouldn't shut off & we tried everything to resolve the issue I called Square Trade. Unlike another company who only communicates via email I was thrilled to talk to a real person who spoke fluent English. He provided great service & processed the claim quickly.
