"I had a tablet that was giving me trouble and I called Square Trade and was promptly given a approval for my tablet to be serviced, they gave me step by step directions and it was a breeze, they kept me notified of each step as the Tablet got taken care of and it was a very impressive process. was just notified today the Repaired tablet will be at my home by tomorrow. 6 days total I'm very thrilled and not a dime was charged to me. I highly recommend Square Trade to all my friends and family. "

"I have a Galaxy S4 and out of nowhere the SIM reader went out. I took it into ATT and they said I might as well toss the whole phone. What they were charging was more than buying a new phone. I remembered I had bought a warranty through Square Trade. I paid the deductible and sent in my phone, having little hope they would do much. "My parents bought a 60" TV and 2&1/2 years later a green line showed up in the left half of the the screen. I called in the claim and it was really easy I just had to email some photos of the damage and the guy I spoke to on the phone was great and we did the claim by email witch is best for me, about a week later they deliver the replacement TV best and quickest service had.
