When I contacted Allstate they gave me a name of a third party that handled the claims and right then I was starting to get worried about my claim. BUT as it turns out the third party was great and got me the full amount for what I had paid for when I bought the item four years ago. I am very happy with the settlement I received and will be very confident of purchasing protections plans in the future from Allstate and there third party affiliates.
It was so easy from beginning to end to get my glasses taken care of through the Allstate protection plan. So quickly as well!

The rep was very persistant that there was a setting to fix the talking menu. Finally he said check with the factory remote controk. Low and behold another setting. It is fixed at last. No service call needed for repair Thanks Allstate!!
