I bought an extended warranty on a small microwave for the first time ever. I usually do not bother but I had stepped up to a better model thinking it would be better. But when I encountered problems with the unit Allstate refunded my money and it was quick and easy. I was surprised but now I am happy to report they were a great company to do business with.

allstate protection plan was very good , great to work with, had new TV in 4 days. I was all ways kept up to date what was going on no guessing about what was going on the next step.
I broke my new laptop that was only about 3 months old. Had purchased the 3-year protection plan, fortunately, and everything was handled. It was not able to be fixed, so they sent me a gift card for the full amount of the equipment. Can't ask for more than that. So, I used the refund and bought another laptop, and once again opted for a 3 year plan. It gives me great peace of mind.
