At first I had a little trouble locating the proper way to get a report opened. Once that issue was resolved I was quickly given the OK to find a repair shop in my area & the issue has been fixed.

The approval process took about 15 minutes. Getting the right parts for the repair was a little slow, but the actual repair went quickly. Very satisfied overall.
