Accidentally my laptop computer fell off the table and a few days later grid lines kept growing on my screen to the point where I could no longer see the laptop screen. A claim was filed under my Allstate policy. The claim was promptly accepted, and I was sent a free Fedex label to ship the laptop back for repairs. I had purchased a foldable wagon and just decided to purchase insurance since it wasn't too much extra for 3 years. A wheel ended up breaking off from the base of the wagon and we use it often. I called store and they couldn't do anything, so I called insurance number from website and they referred me back to store since still under a year. It took me quite a while to finally close this claim. I first contacted Allstate in October, 2024. Finally settled late May 2025 after multiple phone calls, follow ups, photos, videos, and boxing and sending this heavy item to yourRepair Center. Finally I ended up with a Walmart gift card which I clearly stated I did not want because I did not want to purchase this item again at Walmart — to no avail, I was sent a gift card/e-card anyway!!!
