We were so disappointed when our TV picture started messing up. Then we remembered we bought the warranty. What an easy process it was. The rep tried fixing it over the phone, but we quickly learned it was not going to be fixed by a factory reset. Once I sent video and pictures of the problem a replacement was sent within days. It was so easy and quick.
Claim was resolved fast and efficient. No problems encountered. Great value for the money paid.

Allstate and their staff went above and beyond in helping get our washing machine fixed. And when they determined that our machine was "un-repairable," they quickly processed our claim and issued a check for the entire about that we paid for our washer three years ago. We are very happy with the service they provided!

I contacted Allstate about a problem with an insured item. They wanted some basic info about plan number, purchase date & serial number of insured item. The next day I received an email saying the claim was approved & given a choice between snail mail or electronic delivery.
