"I have actually bought four different Squaretrade warranties over the years and this is the first time I have had to actually use one. I have a 73" RPTV that after three years started shutting itself off and power cycling. They sent out a technician to replace a few parts and the problem resolved itself for a few months. Unfortunately, it happened again and the tech that came out changed another board and it fixed my TV. "This is the best company ever!! The price for protection is beyond reasonable and if one must file a claim the process is quick and painless. I sent my broken tablet in yesterday via prepaid fed ex label and had my refund in the form of an Amazon gift card today!!! I was not expecting to see it until mid next week.
