"It was a good experience. SquareTrade communicated well about the status of my claim via email and a phone call. The turn around time on repairs was reasonable. Appreciate $75 deductible compared to $150 with previous insurance. "

"This is the second time I have used Square Trade. The first time I spoke with some one and this time I was able to just handle it all online. Best customer service!!! I sent my laptop off on Tuesday morning and had it back by Friday!! You cant beat the turnaround and service they provide. They emailed me when it was received, again when the problem was solved. I recommend this company to all. Well worth the price!!! "

"I cracked the screen of my iPhone badly. After damaging the phone, I called SquareTrade's number (easy to find on the site). The woman I spoke with was super friendly and said to go ahead and book an appointment at the Genius Bar at my convenience. She also let me know how much the repairs were expected to cost. "This company is amazing to deal with when processing a return. I had gotten coverage for 2 tablets. Both ended up having problems before the end of the coverage. I contacted SquareTrade and very easily returned the tablets and got a check from them quickly. Excellent coverage I will buy for all my electronics in the future."

"I have several policies with SquareTrade, as I found their prices to beat just about everyone else, but I had never had to file a claim before. Well, I just filed my first claim, and I have to say that its not just the prices that are excellent! I asked on the website for a call back and within 10 minutes I had a very polite young lady on the phone that asked me a few questions, and walked me through the process. "I AM VERY HAPPY WITH SQUARE TRADE AND HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THIS CLAIM INVOLVED A 7" TABLET THAT FELL OFF THEN TABLE SHORTLY AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND CRACKED THE SCREEN. I CONTACTED SQUARE TRADE AND INFORMED THEM OF THE SITUATION AND THEY SENT ME A RETURN LABEL WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. "I can't say enough how happy my husband and I are with SquareTrade! We recently vacationed in Maui, Hawaii and brought our underwater camcorder along on a snorkeling trip.
