"Purchased a SquareTrade Warranty plan for coverage on a tablet we purchased from Amazon back in May 2014. The tablet was accidentally dropped which cracked the screen. The entire warranty claim process from end to end was very simple. The customer service agent was polite and helpful. We were reimbursed the full price of the tablet. We were given 3 choices of reimbursement which we chose an Amazon gift card and purchased a replacement tablet."

"I insured a vizio tv with square trade, The 55" 3D TV went bad!! Called these guys about it, They responded within 24 hours!! Since tv was 3D model Vizio did not have them anymore. "Square trade offers great pricing in comparison to store or manufacturer warranties. When I filed my claim the online process was fast, simple, and I did not have to speak to a rep. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I did not receive the option to fix or replace my device, but I did get an electronic refund the same day I sent off the device, giving me enough time to choose something else in time for Christmas."
"I have used Square trade 3 separate times for broken items. Each time the process has been so quick and the customer service reps are super friendly. Most recently, I needed to replace a broken camera and kindle but I couldn't find the receipts. I thought I was doomed to just eat the cost on them but the representative did some research and was able to verify the purchases by other means. I will definitely use Square Trade for future purchases. "
"My College age daughter dropped the computer I bought her at the start of school this year. it shattered the screen. She was freaking out!!! I told her to calm down, I bought the SquareTrade 2 year warranty which protects against drops and spills. I went on line and registered my claim. it was approved of course. "I purchased a 32" TV from Amazon with a 2 year SquareTrade extended Warranty 13 months ago , It worked fine till it quit displaying a channel, I called SquareTrade and they took care of the problem, I will recommend buying SquareTrade extended warranties to all my friends and continue to buy extended warranties for all my electronics purchases. "
"SquareTrade was quick ,easy, and digital. As soon as I filed the claim I had the option of receiving a refund on amazon or to my credit card. Within 2 days I had my amazon credit with 10% more than the regular amount , free money!!!! I used that to rebuy the item on amazon, it was so smooth. Highly recommend it, awesome insurance. "
