"I can't even begin to explain how amazing square trade is! My iPhone broke I had so many things wrong with it and missed the 14 day return. So I decided to stick it out. Just recently I took it back to the Apple Store still under warranty and insurance. The first time I went the lady who helped me was awful. She was rude and did not even solve one of my problems.
