"I have my replacement phone as promised, and only four days after filing my claim, so I'm reasonably pleased with Square Trade. But the process was a bit slower than I wished. I spent three hours either on hold or waiting for a callback before I could get my claim filed. And once you had my phone you didn't send it back the same day, but rather you had it three days. I would recommend Square Trade and use it again, but I do wish you'd streamline the process a bit."

"I had dropped my iPhone and the screen popped out in one corner and there were a couple chips in the screen as well. I called Square Trade and getting my phone fixed couldn't have been easier.
