"I took out an extended warranty for my 70" VIZIO TV. The TV developed a flaw in the display so I contacted SquareTrade. The claim process was excellent. I emailed them and they immediately called me. The service rep was excellent. He waited on the phone while I took a picture of the problem and emailed it to him. "I work for a high school as a special educator. I use my Surface Pro as a tool in the classroom, and was devastated when the tablet fell off the table as I was typing in a Chemistry term.
