"I have been a SquareTrade fan for several years now, but this time, they went above and beyond. I dropped my phone and broke the LED. They referred me to a local place that fixed it within an hour. It was under the minimum needed, so it did not cost me any deductible. Two days later, I dropped my phone AGAIN and cracked the screen. "I have to say I am very impressed by the final handling of my claim. I was ticked off to say the least no one told me that they no longer carried the 64GB iPhone 5S. I tweeted my dislike with the wait time and having to hear back from someone else that it's not offered as a replacement since it's discontinued by Apple. I received my deductible back and the funds to purchase a 64GB iPhone 6. I am very happy with the outcome and that's preventing me from canceling all of my other policies with ST."

The parts they sent did not fix the problem, but no worries I received an email a few days later saying they were unable to get part, so they would be sending me a New t.v.
