"Square Trade were with me every step of the way. We were recommended a local repair shop to fix a broken screen. However, we had several issues after the repair was done. The volume buttons stopped working, there were screen glitches, and bleeding of light. We had to take the phone back three times to the store. While the store was patient with the whole thing, they did not fix the new problems that arose after they replaced the screen.
