"Hello, I had an absolutely amazing experience with Square Trade. I had purchased a used Ipod Classic from Ebay for my boyfriend for Christmas last year. We received it - it worked fine - and then he started putting more music on it and the sound started going in and out and there were sync issues. He wasn't using it and it just sat there. "Extremely fast service once I worked out problems I brought on myself. I got my pre-paid shipping label on a Sat. afternoon and chose to wait for the delivery of the replacement GPS unit I was tracking to arrive on Mon. That afternoon, the delivery person left the package on my doorsteps and was leaving by the time I tried to stop him. He came back the next day and pointed out to me that the label was FedEx, not UPS. I live in a very rural area and had to drive 30 mi. to the FedEx office the next morning. "My experience with square trade was so easy and efficient. Although it requires a couple days of phone calls it is definitely worth it when you get your money back for a broken item! Square trades agents are very understanding and they really want to help you as best as they can. They even send you a shipping label to send your item back to them. As soon as I got my claim approved for my broken kindle I bought a new one and made sure to get square trade again. They are worth it and I would recommend them to anybody. "
"I had a problem with my laptop, cd/dvd drive wouldn't respond, and windows wouldn't load. I went online to file a claim, had them call back which was immediately returned. Customer service rep. was on point, made it very easy to get this process started. Received my package to send out my laptop in two days, with updates thru the whole process. "My wife accidentally dropped her new iPhone 6 in the kitchen sink on Sunday. I contacted SquareTrade Sunday night about a claim and initially I was concerned that this insurance was bogus because they were directing me to go to the MAC store to get a replacement phone and pay the $299.00 replacement fee and I would get reimburst.
