"My camera's lens would no longer extend when turned on. I contacted SquareTrade, and they quickly helped me file a claim. They provided me with a prepaid shipping label and quickly processed the claim. The camera could not be repaired, so they informed me that they would be refunding me the purchase price. The refund came into my PayPal account within a day. I would definitely do business with them again!"

The customer service is the best. They helped me throughout the process and kept me informed until the phone was repaired and shipped. "I cannot believe how easy the claims process was. I had an iPad with a cracked screen. I initiated the claim online, and they sent authorization to get the repair done. I went to the Apple store and they replaced the entire iPad ($249), since they don't do screen repair on these. I emailed a copy of the receipt to SquareTrade, and in a couple hours I had my reimbursement, in the form of an Amazon gift card! Of course you can choose a check or other payment methods. Amazingly fast and easy."
