"I was very pleased with the reps I spoke with. They understood my issue, walked me through some diagnostic steps, and explained the process. Since it was not cost effective to fix my issue, I was promptly mailed a reimbursement check after esigning some doc's. They exceeded my expectations."

"Took two days and 4& hours to get info settled for refund. After speaking with 3 customer service reps, the last going above and beyond, to be sure combined with my info, and managers approval, check was sent to me in a timely manner. Very much appreciated! I will purchase warranty on next purchase as well, highly recommend, it's worth it!!! Thank you Brad "

"The people I spoke with for my problem were good listeners. They didn't make me feel as the problem. They check what they can do for me and explained the steps to me in a good tone of voice. We talk like we knew each other. Even when I found myself repeating things they never sounded annoyed. My little knowledge of computers wasn't an issue when they spoke to me. In the end I felt good . Connection with SquareTrade reps. was great."

"This was my first experience using Square-Trade. I had a printer go bad that I had only used 6 months and need it for my work. I had purchased the Square-trade at time of purchase. I had not really read it and was taking my printer back to the store-thinking that is what I had to do and they told me to contact Square trade.
