"I had an iPhone repaired locally, instead of by shipping back, at recommendation of Square Trade. Due to a combined misunderstanding on my part and lack of clarity when presenting this option by Square Trade, I was charged a deductible and challenged it. The response from Square Trade was immediate and the issue was resolved in a flash and beyond my expectations!! A rare level of service these days and greatly appreciated! "

"Amazingly smooth experience from beginning to end. Square trade went out of their way to ensure that I was happy & always had access to a phone. I had an Iphone 4S that I loved, but it started dropping calls almost immediately and after a few minutes I could no longer understand the party on the other end. "My laptop was shutting down and battery was not recharging so I contacted Square Trade to submit a claim. It was a simple process to fill out the information. I then completed the claim through a claims specialist who was very helpful. I was very pleased that I could use a local business to fix my laptop. I paid for the new battery which was needed and promptly received a reimbursement. I appreciated the emails to submit a claim and what steps I needed to complete. Simple! i would recommend Square trade. They were great."
