"I have never experienced better service from any company in my entire life. From the first contact in filing my claim till the shipping of my fully repaired tablet they kept me informed every step of the process. The whole process took Iess than 5 days to get my repair done. I will always purchase protection from this company."

"Had to use the warranty on a blender. It was super easy. You can upload your receipt when you purchase the warranty then when you need to make a claim you can file the whole thing online. After that they send you a mailing label in email. I got a refund the next day in email (amazon gift card). SquareTrade really did us right on this one."

"Reliable and surprisingly quick service. When I purchased my digital point and shoot camera I also ordered the SquareTrade 2yr protection plan. I am trying to handle the camera carefully but I always have a risk to break it because it is used in the dusty/wet work sites to record the construction progress. "Amazing service! I can't believe how good Square Trade is. I called, explained my problem, and in SECONDS I got labels to ship out the tablets. I take them to FedEx and as soon as the FedEx label is scanned, I receive an email with my refund for the value of the broken tablets. Paired up with Amazon's Prime shipping, in less than three days we have our replacements. Thanks Square Trade! great job. "

"A few days ago, the battery went out on our Nook. My daughter cried. Her Frozen storybook, Tinkerbell book, and many other favorites were on her Nook. I told her "Don't worry, baby. We have a SquareTrade warranty." I filed a claim on the SquareTrade website late that night. The next day, a SquareTrade rep contacts me and asks for proof of purchase. "I think it's important for me to take the time to write this review regarding SquareTrade warranty service. I was so impressed by the efficiency and excellence of their service. I dropped my 5-mo. old camera and the lens would not close. With a sick feeling in my stomach, I called SquareTrade halfway expecting some excuse or loophole to come between me and a repair. "I've had Square Trade warranties for about 5 or 6 years and had repairs done on both my iPhone and iPod but my latest experience really surprised me. My Apple Airport Extreme quit working and after trying all the things suggested to fix it, I took it to Apple and they proclaimed it DOA. I filed my claim with Square Trade and within a day, they sent me a prepaid label to send it to them and as soon as FedEx scanned the package, they refunded my full purchase price into my PayPal account. Went out and bought a new one. "

"Square Trade was easy, fair, and efficient. There was no fine print, no push-back, and no degrading of the product.
