"Had my GPS for about 2 years and it started heading south, unit would get hot, battery did not charge, then the screen went black! Checked my invoice and remembered I had added the SquareTrade extended warranty, what a blessing! Called Customer Service, CS; Eli was my rep. Eli listened to my problem, explained the process and sent an email with a prepaid shipping label. Packaged up the GPS, dropped it in a Fedex box and received email updates of the process. "I filled a claim with SquareTrade and the phone operator handled it quickly and courteously. Because my product couldn't be fixed I was provided a check for the value of the product. It was processed in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the technician arrived about 30 minutes outside the scheduled 3 hour window."

"I have had to use my Square Trade Warranty twice on my Samsung Tablet and they have been incredibly easy to work with and very fast. The first claim resulted in my tablet being fixed and returned to me in less than 5 days. The second claim resulted in my tablet being beyond repair, but within 24 hours of receiving the tablet, they notified me of the issues and informed me that a replacement check was being prepared and sent to me.
