The screen on my son's Samsung Galaxy S5 inadvertently stopped working, which should have been repaired under the manufacturer's warranty, but the Samsung repair center decided to deny the claim due to "abuse" (though the phone had not been dropped or damaged, and two Samsung Experience Store representatives, including the manager, could not find any signs of abuse after a thorough inspection, stating that it was clearly a legitimate warranty claim).
