"My son cracked glass on his phone. Phone useable but screen looked terrible! I held off fixing partly due to $75 deductible and also to teach him lesson. Finally after 3 weeks and because glass may eventually shatter, I filed claim online. Very easy process. Lo and behold, what a nice holiday surprise that deductible was waived! "This has to be the best extended warranty company that I have ever dealt with. New years eve my TV went out exactly 2 years from date of purchase. Next morning I filed the claim online. The following Monday morning I spent less than 10 minutes on the phone with an agent. I was informed that I would be receiving a newer and bigger model as a replacement within a week. "I bought my ST warranty with a new Smart TV and am so glad I did! After the TV warranty ran out the "motherboard" went out and my TV started shutting itself off within 2 minutes of turning it on. We called ST, they over nighted the replacement parts needed based on our conversation and sent a repairman out. This happened over the New Year holiday so we did have to wait a few days for the repair. Totally worth the price for an additional 4 year warranty. "It's always a hesitation point when you are asked if you are interested in an extended warranty. Even though you hope you that you will not need it. It was great to have my square trade warranty. The process was very simple just make sure that you register it and upload your receipts as soon as you can so that your process will be smoother if you need it. after a few questions and some troubleshooting over the phone they will either repair the item or replace it. Great and easy service."
