"I never knew customer service could be this good and with a fast resolution to boot. We bought a 3 year protection plan after purchasing a 70" in TV from Costco. After 2.2 years, one of the lights went out in the back leaving a big dark area about a foot wide. Square trade deemed the issue to not be repairable either because it was too expensive or did not have the parts and shipped us a replacement. "My experience in filing a claim, receiving service and reimbursement were absolutely amazing! The claimed was filed online and immediately approved. When the claim was submitted via email it was approved and processed within 2 hours of submitting it. The only thing that could be better is the reimbursement information; it could not be found online. A call had to be placed for the information. Other than that, awesome service!"
"AWESOME is all I can say. Having horrible experience with other warranty companies we were hesitant to purchase Square Trade with our new TV. I am THRILLED that we did. Our Panasonic {Plasma TV stopped working one month out of manufacturers warranty...with Square Trade we have an additional 3 years! Our TV died 2 days before Superbowl and we had people coming to watch at our home! SquareTrade made it all so simple and easy! Fast and professional all was repaired by the next day and the Patriots lived happily ever after! :)"
"The fuser in my wonderful printer went out. I was very happy to see that I had purchased a SquareTrade warranty. I went online, told them the problem, emailed proof of purchase, they approved it and said go get it fixed. When done, submit the repair bill (you need to pay the repair shop yourself and then get reimbursed by SquareTrade). I chose the Paypal reimbursement option.
