"I had two tablet computers, and they both broke within 3 days, I went online and filed claims on both of them. I called and spoke to the reps to determine if they would be repaired. The Lenovo was to be sent to them, but the Nextbook was immediately replaced with another tablet that arrived in 2 days. "I have been extremely pleased with Square Trade for years now. I've had a repair on something I had to send to them and was very pleased with the ease of shipping it to them and they paid the postage and the quick turn around on it. Within a week I got it back but this recent claim I had was for my iPad Air. When I contacted them about it, Square Trade gave me the option to take it to the local Apple Store, Genius Bar.
