I was able to upgrade to a new version Blu Ray player and will buy a warranty again from SquareTrade again. The convenience of filing a claim when I wanted Printing out the prepaid shipping label at home and dropping it off at the UPS store was easy. I expected a repair but got a check instead. "

I expected them to refund me the cost I paid the Genius Bar, minus the $50 deductible, but when the customer service guy told me that he was giving me the full cost I had paid, I was surprised and delighted by the news!
