"so easy & no hassles! i bought a camera & chose the square trade coverage. a few months later, i dropped the camera causing body damage. i didn't have to speak or email anyone. i simply answered a few questions on the claims site & in a matter of moments, they sent me an airbill to return the camera. my paypal account was refunded immediately (in full!) so i can purchase a brand new camera. i will be certain to get square trade again!
