"This was my first time using square trade. My son bought his head phones with his own money. I felt he needed to get the warranty. I usually don't buy it. But because it was his money and so proud he saved his money I needed to cover it. After a year and two months the headphones worked on and off. He saved very thing that came with them in his own vault. "Kudos for Square Trade. I had problems with my cell phone, and called Square Trade in August to file a claim. Unfortunately, we had just moved, and I could not find the original purchase receipt. I found my receipt 6 months later, and Square Trade had kept my claim open, and I was able to finally submit my documentation. The best part is that they were kind, efficient and understanding. "Was Surprising Fast, Quick and Simple with everything that I thought this can't be right or I wasn't understanding them correctly. But it totally was! I didn't have to send in my phone, just went to a local store and I got a full reimbursement the same day! Totally beats all electronic insurances out of the water. Thanks again, YOU GUYS ROCK!!"

"On Sunday my daughter dropped her phone at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. Monday early afternoon I called SquareTrade, initiated a claim and paid my deductible. Tuesday I took the phone to Apple and they replaced the screen. I paid them, forwarded the email receipt to SquareTrade and the money was in my PayPal account within a couple of hours.
