"SquareTrade is awesome! I have bought We got our first warranty several years ago when we bought a used laptop. The laptop 'died' about a month before the warranty expired. SquareTrade handled it without any questions. We have since bought 3 other warranties. We recently filed a claim for our daughter's iphone which was dropped and cracked. "I purchased a Chromebook for my granddaughter for Christmas. I got the Square Trade insurance for it since kids will be kids. She dropped it and then somebody stepped on it. It ceased to work. I contacted Square Trade. They were helpful, pleasant and informative. They day after I mailed them the broken item, I had an Amazon gift card for the amount of the purchase. I will never buy another electronic item without getting Square Trade insurance. In a word- AWESOME- Susan"

"I was very skeptical of Square Trade, having been burned by other 3rd party “warranty” plans. When my daughter dropped here tablet and destroyed the screen I thought “well I’ll submit a claim and hope for the best”. I couldn’t be happier with the results. "I have filed three different claims with Squaretrade over the last year and a half and have never had an issue. As long as you have your receipt of purchase on file, the claim process is incredibly fast! They only ask necessary questions and don't grill you about the condition of the product or make it hard to continue you the process. All three times I have chosen to get an Amazon gift card as my payment method and it was in my email within 2-3 days of shipping my product back. "We purchased a Samsung TV from Costco Calgary, Alberta, Canada along with the 3 yr Square Trade protection warranty. Just prior to the Costco 2 year warranty we began having problems with the TV. By the time it got more serious & not fixable we were past the 2 yrs therefore happy that we had the Square Trade protection to turn to. "I don't often get extended warranties, but I am glad that I did get it for my phone. I accidentally broke my cell phone. As soon as I filed a claim online with squaretrade, they sent me a shipping label. Within 4 days of sending it, I received an email saying that they approved the claim and my check is on its way. I am so happy with the response time. At each step, they inform us what is happening. I would gladly recommend squaretrade to anyone looking to get the best warranty protection. "
