"Was very pleased with the whole experience. Really not expecting to get exactly what I paid for. They make the process pain free. I was very happy I spent the extra $10.00 to protect my office chair. Even if I hadn't had to file a claim it was money well spent. Thanks Square Trade!"

"Square Trade is awesome! I had a warranty on my son's computer. He is away at college and the screen on his computer went out. They sent the box to him, he sent the computer back and within 5 days they had the computer repaired and back to him at his college dorm. Square Trade gives me peace of mind that my son can continue his studies and not worry about trying to find someone who can repair his computer and how much it will cost!"

"I never purchase extended warranties for products but did for my camera. When the camera got damaged I was able to submit a claim online, they sent me a prepaid label for my package and once they received the camera (within one day of shipment) they deposited my refund in my Paypal account...can't get much better than that..will be purchasing a Squaretrade warranty on all my electronic products in the future."

"Couldn't be easier! I recently had my Nook HD+ tablet (that came with a one year factory warranty) suddenly decide it didn't want to recharge anymore. The factory warranty was kaput, but lucky for me, I had had the foresight to put a Square Trade extended warranty on it! I looked up my warranties, and sure enough, I had a 3 year warranty, with accidental damage protection. "I have bought warranties from Best Buy over the years for my Grandkids. I tried twice to make a claim and was refused both times. (I swore I wouldn't buy another warranty ever) The salesman at Tiger Direct ask me why so I told him my story, his exact words where "don't compare us to them". Then he showed me yours and assured me that Square Trade was different, and I'm glad he did. While helping with a move to a new apt. his screen got cracked. "My experience was absolutely fantastic! My grandson dropped his computer, smashing the screen. I filed a claim and was sent an email with a prepaid postage label within an hour. I packed the laptop, and dropped it off at Fed Ex. By the time I returned home, there was an email waiting for me, notifying me that they had deposited the insured amount into my Paypal account! Now off to buy a new computer and insure it with Squaretrade!!"

"What a great service they have! At the beginning I was a bit worried when they told me that I need to set up an appointment with Apple and paid for the services at front and then send in the invoice... But they prove me wrong, sent the invoices in the morning and I got the payments right into my PayPal account in just a couple hour! Super great service!"

"This was one of my best experiences with a repair/return. Square Trade is so easy to use. I submitted all information online, they sent me packaging to mail my computer to them, and they got it fixed and back to me, all within just a few days. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Awesome experience!"
