"My laptop computer's screen broke and I was glad I had bought the 3 year Accident Protection. It was so fast and easy, I could hardly believe. All I had to do was go online to file a claim (the filing a claim process took less than 10 minutes) and they immediately sent me the shipping box and label. I had it packed up and ready to go and in a week's time they already fixed the screen and sent it back for no additional cost. I highly recommend this product and service."

"Just as soon as I purchased my iPhone6 128GB, I purchased the 2 yr warranty from SquareTrade. I hate buying cases that triple the size of the phone just to protect me from, well, me. For $99, I can enjoy the surprisingly slippery iPhone6 knowing that the amazing people at SquareTrade have my back. Great deal. In fact, two months after I purchased the phone, gravity ripped my phone from my hand and smashed it on the pavement. True story. Filed a claim, paid my deductible and talked with a Square Trade rep by phone around 9:00 pm, then set up an Apple Genius Bar appointment online for 9:00 the next morning, January 2, where Apple swapped my drowned iPhone for a new one.
