"When I bought my SquareTrade warranty for my new phone I hoped I'd never have to use it because I expected filing a claim would be a real hassle. Then I had a problem with the phone a little over a year after I purchased it. I filed a claim online with SquareTrade and they sent me a paid shipping label and that was it.
