"Awesome service!!! You get exactly what your contract says you will and the price is unbeatable!!! I use this laptop for all of my school work for grad school and paid $650+ tax to make sure it was dependable. When it crashed, I wanted to cry at the thought of having to repurchase another one, let alone feeling like my $650+ was going to be a waste. "I purchased coverage for my new Sony phone this summer, as I had used Squaretrade in past with great success - the first plan I had was on a phone that I purchased second hand off of a fellow on ebay - he had bought the warranty when he had purchased the phone new. The phone died, and they reimbursed me in the end as it could not be repaired within their five days.
