"When my home button started to fail I called square trade and didn't know what to expect. when I callled the customer service associate told me that it was as easy as bringing it to any local repair shop and sending them a picture of the reciept! It actually was and they even waived the deductible !!! This is the bomb diggity!!!"
"I always buy a warranty on my ebay purchases, because I need items that are no longer being made. I convert old media to newer media. VCRs are my main component. Square Trade has solved the problem of replacement, when it becomes necessary to do so. Their speed on responding to my claim is without equal. I've never experienced anything like it in my life. I would recommend them to anyone. "

"I handled my claim online and had no issues with the claim or the company. They reimbursed me for the cost of my printer as soon as they received my item I shipped. This was a cheap cost to pay for an expensive item to replace. I would recommend them. I have this coverage for all 3 TV's at home as well."

"When I bought my husband his IPad I also bought a Square Trade warranty.when he broke the scene I had forgotten all about the warranty and was told I would have to drive quite a while to find the nearest Apple approved repairmen. I got out the box my IPad came in to get all my info and found my warranty. I called and they were great! I sent it in and 7 days later had it back. So impressed I bought warranties for our two new mini IPads. Definitely will recommend."
