"I was very happy with Square Trade by phone. I received my check in the mail in one week. I had my lap top for less than one year and Dell would not help me. Square Trade was very helpful and quick. No hassles and had my check in the mail for full coverage of my lap top in one week. I will use them again. I could not get my claim thru on the computer though."

"My family has used Square Trade for several years and we have never been disappointed! With 3 teenagers, things happen to phones, and Square Trade has always come through for us. My son dropped his 6 week old iPhone 6 recently. The screen did not crack but you couldn't read anything on it, and the phone itself bent. Apple replaced the phone at the store, and I received a reimbursement check from Square Trade in 1 week. It couldn't have been easier or quicker.
