"These guys are amazing. When I dropped my iPhone 5s and cracked my screen. I called them to submit my claim they gave me specific instructions to go to apple for repair. I went to Apple got it repaired. Then sent Square Trade the receipt and work order. Within 24 hours they refunded my money back thru PayPal! I couldn't believe how fast it was.
