I put a claim in one day, got the label the next day, waited to print and ship today when I got to work since we have a mailroom downstairs, and got the reimbursement via Amazon gift card by the time I got home. 10/10 would use again."

"I had an amazing experience. I filed my claim for a cracked IPad Mini screen on the morning of 11/25/14. In order to expedite the process I took the IPad to the closest Apple Store Genius Bar. By 1pm I was probably back home with a replacement Mini. Once I got settled in, I emailed the copy of the receipt to SquareTrade.
