"I never purchase extended warranties for products but did for my camera. When the camera got damaged I was able to submit a claim online, they sent me a prepaid label for my package and once they received the camera (within one day of shipment) they deposited my refund in my Paypal account...can't get much better than that..will be purchasing a Squaretrade warranty on all my electronic products in the future."

"I have bought warranties from Best Buy over the years for my Grandkids. I tried twice to make a claim and was refused both times. (I swore I wouldn't buy another warranty ever) The salesman at Tiger Direct ask me why so I told him my story, his exact words where "don't compare us to them". Then he showed me yours and assured me that Square Trade was different, and I'm glad he did. While helping with a move to a new apt. his screen got cracked. "My experience was absolutely fantastic! My grandson dropped his computer, smashing the screen. I filed a claim and was sent an email with a prepaid postage label within an hour. I packed the laptop, and dropped it off at Fed Ex. By the time I returned home, there was an email waiting for me, notifying me that they had deposited the insured amount into my Paypal account! Now off to buy a new computer and insure it with Squaretrade!!"

At the beginning I was a bit worried when they told me that I need to set up an appointment with Apple and paid for the services at front and then send in the invoice... But they prove me wrong, sent the invoices in the morning and I got the payments right into my PayPal account in just a couple hour! Super great service!"
