"Although I've been a little apprehensive about purchasing used electronics I purchased a Samsung Nexus phone from an Ebay seller earlier this year. I was delighted to see that as an option, I was able to purchase a warranty from Square Trade. The phone was in great condition however after several months of use it stopped working. I contacted Square Trade and filed a claim. My original purchase price was refunded in two days. The process was simple. The service is great!
