"The merchant settled my claim in 48 hours post filing and I had PayPal $$'s in my account the same day, simply amazing. They really do take customer satisfaction seriously, and I am very pleased to have most of my home appliances, HDTV's, and most of my high-end computer and stereo gear, printers, etc on Square Trade warranties. I wouldn't have it any other way!"

"When my daughter dropped her iPod Touch and broke the screen, I got ready for a run-around from SquareTrade. But they were great! Within 24 hours we'd received a credit for the full amount we'd paid for the iPod, plus 5% because we accepted payment as an Amazon gift card. SquareTrade is great, and I'll continue to use them to insure all of my electronics."

"The service was inexpensive, quite simple to apply for and similarly simple to file a claim when the device later failed. I received full support including return postage and a refund in full of my purchase price in a few days time. I would recommend them for coverage when you need it, and have used them again since my first experience."

"I had a 13 month old dehumidifier that wasn't doing it's job. I sent an email to Square Trade and within a week had a reimbursement and a new unit is now in my basement doing what it is supposed to do. Be assured, I bought a ST warranty for the new one, too. Great service!"

"I purchased a seagate hard drive about 3 years ago and started having error messages appearing that drive wasn't passing what's called a smart test, a self testing feature with seagate hard drives that checks health and overall performance. Called seagate and spoke to a technician and he had me download a diagnostic program that would do a complete test on hard drive for errors to determine exact error(s) and found that the errors reported were unrepairable (damaged sectors) and that hard drive had to be replaced. "I am glad that I bought the SquareTrade warranty for my car stereo. At 11th month stereo stopped working. Contacted SquareTrade Warranty, with in 5 minutes the claim process completed and received UPS prepaid shipping label to ship the product.Very fast reliable company and easy to work with. You can also do everything on the web. I highly recommend this company. Forgot to mention that price of the warranty is also very less compared to stores that offer warranty."
