"An amazing experience! An iPad mini was dropped on Thursday cracking the screen. I setup a claim online which was instantly approved. I choose my local repair facility (who I have worked with before) and dropped the iPad off Saturday lunchtime. It was easy for pickup Sunday lunchtime. I submitted my receipts to SquareTrade on Wednesday and the money was in my PayPal account within an hour. Full refund, no drama, no paperwork, no questions, just do e!!"

"I purchased a printer at Staples and an extended warranty from Square Trade. Unfortunately, the printer never worked well from the beginning and I planned on taking it back to Staples. Finally over a year later, I called Square Trade and explained my situation (including the fact I had never completed my extended warranty application). "I had a problem with my HP laptop screen. Contacted Square Trade for warranty service. They were most polite and helpful. Received shipping box to send laptop for repair in two days. They kept me informed of the status of my repair and in no time had it fixed and on its way back to me. Definitely worth the price. Thanks Square Trade!"

"Great service once again. My phone screen cracked on Saturday night. I called Sunday for a claim. I mailed my phone Monday. They received it Tuesday morning on a holiday and fixed it and it was mailed back Tuesday afternoon. I received my Nexus 5 on Wednesday morning. Great services as always. Very quick and professional."
