"It was very easy to make a claim on my broken tablet. I called and the SquareTrade rep. answered all my questions and took the needed info and advised me how to send in the tablet for evaluation. He also asked me, if they could not fix my tablet, how I would like to be reimbursed for the tablet. I was very happy with how they handled to warranty and highly recommend SquareTrade for all your warranty needs."
