"I have filed three different claims with Squaretrade over the last year and a half and have never had an issue. As long as you have your receipt of purchase on file, the claim process is incredibly fast! They only ask necessary questions and don't grill you about the condition of the product or make it hard to continue you the process. "I don't often get extended warranties, but I am glad that I did get it for my phone. I accidentally broke my cell phone. As soon as I filed a claim online with squaretrade, they sent me a shipping label. Within 4 days of sending it, I received an email saying that they approved the claim and my check is on its way.
