They reimbursed me through paypal where I transferred the money into my bank account. It worked pretty good except they charged me for the deductible on my credit card. If they credit my card for the deductible, I will be happy."

I had the tv repaired and the reimbursal from square trade for the entire repair expense approved within 6 hrs. The customer service was exceptional, very helpful and honest. "Got my little boy an iPod for Xmas, within 20 mins he dropped it and smashed the screen! Could not believe it (I blame the wanzy his mum bought him for Xmas, no pockets!!). "I was a little concerned at first when I started purchasing warranties from Square Trade, but the prices were right and coverages seemed reasonable. This was my first completed claim that I have had to use in over 2 years since I started buying from them. They were friendly, fast, and efficient.
