"I had the beats by Dr Dre Headphones and they snapped in half so i got on the phone right away with SquareTrade and it took less than 5 Minutes and they sent me a Prepaid Shipping label to sent the headphones in and i packaged them up and dropped them off at my Local UPS store and within 30 minutes i got an email from SquareTrade saying they sent the money to my Paypal account and i was surprised how i shipped and got the money back the same day within 2 hours after i broke my headphones. "This is my first time filing a claim with Square Trade. The process couldn't have been easier. I submitted a claim and it was approved for the full amount the next day. Shipping was free and once shipping was verified I was issued a gift card to Amazon (plus an extra 5% for using the Amazon option). I will be using Square Trade again for the new purchase."
