"Be prepared to wait a little. Sent my item out August 17 and now, September 4, I am still on the phone with them trying to work things out. Communication between the repair depot and the SquareTrade facility is not great. Had to call the repair depot where they said they told SquareTrade that the item was not fixable on August 20. Getting frustrated. Expect to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes when calling SquareTrade to talk with anyone. When you do though, they are usually very nice and accommodating.
