"I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service and turnaround time that I am with Square Trade. It took literally five total days from the day I called until the day I received my refund for the damaged product. But the most amazing part was that it took less than 24 hours from the day the item was picked up at my house by UPS til the money was deposited into my PayPal acct. That is AMAZING!!!"
"As awesome as it gets ! Called company I bought desktop from to be told it only had a 90 day warranty, even though there was a problem earlier , they didn't care .
