"I had a wonderful experence with Square Trade. My computer got hit by lightning and I called in about the issue on Monday morning and the agent was very nice and helpful. I had to send the computer in and it could not be fixed. They sent me a check for the full price of the computer on Friday of the same week. It really was a five day turn around. It was nice to see that they stand behind what they said."

"Very simple and fast process to file a claim. I already had receipt on file. I experienced some accidental damage on a tablet. I submitted a claim online, they responded in 24 hours with an email and instructions to send tablet to them and a prepaid UPS label. I sent the tablet that day and by that evening they had already sent an Amazon Gift card for the balance. They must have received notification from UPS of the package pick-up. I could not be happier with the claim process. I buy all my warranties from Square Trade."
