"When I called to file my claim I expected I’d have to haggle with them, but the rep I spoke too was very courteous and pleasant as I explained the problem, she immediately offered a full refund of the invoice cost I paid for the unit and within minutes I received by email, a prepaid UPS shipping label with “Tracking No” to ship the unit off to Square Trade, I boxed it up and once UPS picked it up and entered it in the system, I got another email the very next day notifying me that the refund had been transferred to my bank ... read more
