"Excellent customer service form Square Trade! I filed a claim recently on a Netgear wireless router that completely failed. The rep asked me a few questions about the product, such as; Is it under manufactures warranty?, Have you contacted the manufacturer?, Have you contacted the seller?, etc. I told the rep I went through all the steps and since my wireless router was made by Netgear, I advised the rep that the company has a bad reputation in the area of customer service. "wonderful experience - - - I purchased this warrenty on a tablet that I got for my 6 year old for Christmas worriying that she might well break the item by dropping it. Sure enough - in July - my daughter dropped the tablet on her way down the stairs, breaking the screen. "I warrantied a Linksys wireless router, and I started having issues with the device cutting out. After days of frustration, on a Friday evening, after office hours, between bouts of internet connectivity I was able to open a claim. I heard back almost immediately that my claim was approved and I would be reimbursed for my item, even though I was not expecting any response until after the weekend. Whomever trains the customer service reps deserves kudos--each person I spoke with was friendly, informed and went well beyond what I expected in providing me answers and follow up. I had to make a claim on my warranty and everything went so smoothly. I have a check for the replacement with no hassle at all. I purchased a replacement item and immediately after the purchase, I went to SquareTrade to buy a warranty for it. I'm definitely a happy camper!"
