"When my tablet was dropped, I was devastated. Thankfully my AD&D coverage with SquareTrade saved the day. They easily sent me a return shipping label, reviewed my claim, and sent me a check for the full price of the tablet within a week. I couldn't have been more pleased."

"Square Trade has a excellent warranty service. I had a problem with a item I purchased and when I contacted Square Trade they refunded my purchase price right away. I was surprised it went so easily and fast. I will continue to get my warranties with this company and refer other also."

"bought an older ps3 off ebay, glad i bought this warranty. little did i know that 5 months later i would have to use it. it's more like an insurance policy it's there if you need it and i needed it. process took less than a week and was issued a full refund for my original purchase price. i will definately purchase more of these warranties for items they cover. really glad something like this is available otherwise i would have wasted a lot of money on the ps3 that broke. just can't beat it."
