"this was my first time filing a claim for a product that was purchased 18 months ago. i encountered great telephone service support that suggested various quick and easy options... and that was followed by great email communication monitoring about each step of the claim/return and refund process that proceeded smoothly in the time frame predicted i purchased a new product and instantly bought another square trade warranty to cover it many thanks,"

"I've never had a simpler process. I purchased my 3 year warranty 2 years ago, my product starting acting up, I filed a claim with Square Trade expecting a service repair. I was issued a refund for my entire purchase price within 3 days. I didn't have to hassle with appointments or forms. I can now purchase a new item and yes, I would get another warranty for it with Square Trade. I'm glad I have 10 other warranties with them....I would highly recommend Square Trade!"

"SQUARE TRADE IS AWESOME! I buy warranties from them for all my major electronic purchases, and this is the first time i've had to take advantage of a claim. my cell phone "fried itself" while charging (according to square trade tech). i had a refund for the phoe within a week of sending it in. the warranties are reasonably priced and they are much easier to deal with than even manufacturer's warranties or store extended warranties. go with square trade!"

"SquareTrade is awesome, this is the second warranty I bought from them. Shortly after purchasing this one, I had to submit a claim against the first warranty I bought from them, and it was probably the easiest warranty process I've ever gone through with any company. They even e-mailed me a pre-paid label to ship back the defective monitor to them! Two thumbs up!"
