When they couldn't find a technician to come out they just sent me a check. I am very pleased with the fast service. I will be buying a new iMac and buying another squaretrade warranty for it. "

Just submit the form online, mail item in with postage paid label, and within a few days the funds are available. Extra 5% when getting Amazaon credit is a nice bonus."

"I had the situation where the computer I purchased simply gave up and died. Lucky for me I had also purchased a SquareTrade warranty on the computer. I sent a single email to SquareTrade explaining the problem and detailing what I did to try to overcome that problem. "Square Trade is a warranty provider that is easy to purchase with little money. from personal experience i can say that Square trade is exactly what they advertise. i purchased a two year warranty, the item i bought began to malfunction, i opened a dispute, which was quite easy, and was approved for a full refund. i printed the shipping label and shipped out the item, with in 24 hours i already been credited my money to my paypal account. all in all great customer service, i love that they get back to you asap. "
