"This is the second time I've had to actually use a warranty I've purchased through SquareTrade, and again, I am SO thankful that I did this. I purchased a really nice front-load washing machine last spring from Lowe's, and the locking mechanism in the door failed, placing my washing literally on Pause. I filed a claim online, and in two days had contact with a local repair shop.
