"I had an IPOD that completely died without any reason and I had purchased a warranty from Squaretrade on this product over a year ago. I filed a claim and within a week I had a full refund of what I paid for the IPOD in my bank account. I was amazed how easy the process. With my full refund I was able to buy a new ipod, even a better one, and of course, I immediately bought a new warranty for this new IPOD from Squaretrade.
