"I've had many warranties through SquareTrade. This was the first time that I had to make a claim. I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I explained the issue, the steps I tried for troubleshooting, then they said I would be eligible for a full claim. Check came in the mail very quickly. Thanks SquareTrade!"

"The rapid response to my SquareTrade Warranty claim was amazingly fast. I heard back from them the next day and offered me a full reimbursement for my product. From the prepaid label they gave me to send the item to them to the time when I got my reimbursement was about a week or less. Very impressed with the ease and quick resolution to the problem. Thanks! "
