"Phenomenal Experience. I bought a SquareTrade warranty for my Kindle in 2010 that included coverage for Accidental Damage. In 2012, I accidentally damaged my Kindle. I logged into the SquareTrade website and there was my warranty with a Claim button. I filled it out. It was quick and easy. "what an easy, enjoyable experience. I filed a claim from my account, described my problem. Squaretrade approved and sent me a shipping label within 48 hrs. They reviewed my product and kept me aware of what the process would be. They found that it was not a fixable issue and sent me a check for the warranty amount.
