had to use your protection plan, I'm glad I bought it during my Walmart purchase. It was easy to use, one call and two emails later the claim was completed. The only downside is that this is (not kidding) My 5th survey from Allstate. That's crazy. I won't be filling out any more

I had bought a warranty for the TV when it broke down after some questions and couple test on the TV. They decided it was unrepairable and refunded my money very smooth and easy.
They Fixed it like its brand New
Had a vacuum still under warranty so was told to contact seller. Did but even after a month, seller refused to respond. So you all quickly replaced the vacuum. Thank you so much!
