We had an issue with a laptop computer, filled out the online form, followed the shipping instructions, and receive the repaired laptop in a timely fashion! Only wish they would've provided us with a summary of work completed, but the computer is now in excellent condition again.
I'm thankful for having had the forethought and wherewithal to have spent the few dollars for insurance on my Vacuum. Allstate always makes the experience so simple. They tried to replace my vacuum and when they were unable to do so, they quickly emailed me a gift card to replace it. They offer a check, but I needed a vacuum so I opted for the Walmart gift card. Easy to work with.
The only thing that I could have been better was there wasn't any choice of a replacement I had to except of choice of one.

I purchased an HP All-in-One from Costco. Thanks to Allstate Protection my $1,500+ PC was expertly repaired after it fell over damaging the screen. The entire process — submitting the claim, shipping the unit to their facility, getting updates, and receiving the repaired unit — was effortless. Accidents happen.
