Had the same phone fail on me after about 12 months three times. First time I didn't have the insurance. So I bought a new one. Took out insurance on the second one and it failed. Insurance replaced it right away. Twelve months later and another battery bulged the back off the third one. Told insurance that I would not accept the same phone. They gave me an upgrade that is working fine. Insurance has definitely paid off for me.
Allstate is a wonderful and trusted insurance company. As they promised, they worked with me and replaced the broken phone.
My claim fix the issue super fast.
My issue was solved quick and with no problems at all, great service I will recommend Allstate to my friends and family.

Idk why but everytime when I do a claim on my controller it's says it's under manufacture warranty but it's not so I have to call in everytime but the customer service is great and got my situation resolved
