I bought a inflatable slide for our pool last summer. I took out the protection plan for three years and this year right when we opened the pool, The inflatable slide would not hold air. Our grandchildren were very upset since they had so much fun with it last year. I submitted a claim and within 24 hours I was refunded the money I had spent and was able to go by another inflatable slide for the pool. It was easy and well worth the money I paid for the protection plan.
