I purchased a 21" suitcase. I used maybe 3 or 4 times for travel. Worked great. Then after packing last time went to retract the handle it would only go to the last level down. Wouldn't go flush into bag as designed. Got home texted vendor..he told he only covers 30 days. I was giving up and then I saw the protection coverage. Sent pics and I received a check for 75% of purchased price...can't go wrong for the little it cost
